The Daily Duvet- Vintage Khaki
Our "The Daily" collection is something we are truly so proud of.
It's our 24/7 365 all 4 seasons go-to.
The collection is made from 100% hemp fiber. We know- we know.. "I thought linen was the best?" Don't get us wrong- we love linen too but hear us out:
Hemp is a natural fiber which requires very limited, and often no application of pesticides and fertilizers in cultivation. It's production uses approximately 80% less water than conventional cotton. Hemp is regenerative, requires less land than cotton to grow and yields 4-5 times more material per acre than Flax (linen). Hemp returns nutrients to the soil, whereas Flax depletes it. It has some of the longest natural fibers in the world making it stronger and more durable than alternatives, and it is naturally resistant to mold and mildew. Hemp absorbs four times as much CO2 as trees do, effectively helping to fight global warming by cleaning the atmosphere. It has many positive health + wellness benefits - antibacterial, hypoallergenic, breathable + moisture wicking - so cool in summer and a natural insulator in winter. The perfect fiber for all season bedding.
Our colouring from light to dark: bright white, vintage khaki, macchiato. Vintage khaki and macchiato are like long lost sisters- very similar in colouring with different neutral understones. Vintage khaki has cool undertones while macchiato is a warm brown.
Our duvet sets include:
1 duvet cover
2 standard pillow cases (1 pillow case for twin sizing, king sizing for king set)
Decorative shams are not included but can be purchased separately in 3 sizes!
Our duvet cover includes oversized clear button enclosure + hidden ties inside to secure duvet firmly in place. We've attached a spare button to the care tag- just in case!
Like a fine wine- this duvet get better with age + softer with every single wash providing you years of long-lasting comfort.
"The Daily" line is supposed to be perfectly imperfect and natural in nature. No 2 pieces are 100% identical as we embraced the natural hemp fibers. There might be slight variation in colour between seasonal collections + runs or from your screen to real life. We do our best to make sure that what you see here is as close as possible to the colour you'll receive. If you are hoping to see something in person contact us and we can arrange a swatch or provide you with the name of a boutique in your area that carries the brand!
The entire collection is Oeko-Tex certified and sustainably made in a fair-trade environment.
