SHIPPING: 

Orders are typically processed and shipped promptly upon receipt, with regular orders taking 3-5 business days and sale orders up to 10 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email once the order ships.

 

Canadian shipping is $10 flat rate and free over $150! We do offer local London delivery to your front porch for orders over $75. Apartment buildings and businesses are not applicable. We ship everywhere within the United States + Canada. United States shipping is available at a flat rate of $15 USD.
Shipment is packaged everyday and sent out every afternoon.
Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day. 

Couriers do not pick up on Sunday or Monday.  Any order placed after 2pm on Friday, will not go out until the following Tuesday. 

Local pick up orders are typically fulfilled the same day as order. You will receive a notification as soon as the order is ready for pick up. Our standard store hours apply for pick up. You may receive a notification outside of these hours as our team works outside of retail hours for fulfillment. YOUR RETURN WINDOW BEGINS THE DATE YOUR PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. Please ensure you pick up your package in a timely manner. No exceptions will be made if you pick up your package outside of the 15 day timeline. 

RETURN PROCESS:


As a small, local business, we prioritize daily introduction of new, high-quality products over quantity. Our product turnover cycle is approximately 15 days. Items are available for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, after the 15 days we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.  Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. The items must be unworn with original tags intact. 

APPAREL: ALL JEWELRY, HATS, SUNGLASSES, HAIR ACCESSORIES, SCARVES, SEASONAL ITEMS, INTIMATES, BODYSUITS AND BRAS ARE FINAL SALE.
INTERIORS: ALL BOOKS, BEDDING, CANDLES AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Freeborn + Company/Sundays does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: items purchased at warehouse sales, promo codes, pop-up shops, or gift cards. Any product that has been customized/personalized for you is non-refundable. Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire. To start the return process via our return portal, Re:do located at the bottom of our website. 

CHRISTMAS IN JULY

July 29th at 12:00 am until August 4th at 12:00 pm save 40% off. All sales final, no exceptions. REDO coverage does NOT override our return policy. Please see below for full details. Sale excludes floor models, furniture, vintage pieces + clearance. We have however combined our “STACK” sale- and the discount will combine at checkout for an additional 20% off all clearance markdowns. Sale is valid both online and in store during regular store hours.

 

ABOUT RE:DO

RE:DO is a third party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless returns transaction.  A charge of $2.75 ($1.98 USD) is automatically added to every cart, you do have the option to delete from cart at check out.  This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that gives the client 'unlimited returns' for their order at no additional cost. This means RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed, without any additional charge from the $2.75 ($1.98 USD) originally at checkout.  
If you purchased the $2.75 ($1.98 USD) free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. 
RE:DO still abides by our return policy stated above. 
The client has the option to remove RE:DO from their cart.  If you didn't checkout with Re:Do, you will still go through our returns process like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose should you not use our return center.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. All furniture and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled.
