Due to fluctuating stock levels, we are seeing lead times up to a few months. If you are looking for a specific delivery timeline, we encourage you to reach out prior to placing the order! Due to COVID-19 related impacts, all items may be experiencing delays of approximately 2-3 weeks, in addition to backorder or out of stock delays. Stock levels, backorder dates and shipping timeframes are subject to availability and change.

All furniture will ship directly from the manufacturer. If in stock, your item will take approximately 4-6 weeks to get to you. If your item is out of stock our customer service team will contact you within 72 hrs. to provide an estimated back in stock date. Standard delivery is curbside only, the delivery driver will not enter your home. Once your item ships we will contact you to provide tracking information and an estimated delivery window. White Glove delivery is available and requires a quote depending on item quantity and size. On the rare occasion you receive an item that was damaged in transit or has a manufacturer’s defect, please report imperfections to info@freebornandcompany.com within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of the damage and a detailed description will be required to initiate a claim with our vendors. We will work diligently to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
